Since I’m disqualified for unemployment is there any other income I can get support from?

I’m so dying to look for work so I can attend school for the fall semester. I’m disqualified for financial aid because the school counselor made me take more classes than what I needed to transfer. I’m really in a jam and desperate for money to pay off bills. The work field I have skills in is information technology and I can do the following, computer networking, electronic repair and knowledge of computer software. I live in California in the San Francisco Bay Area. Please tell me you guys know something or some organization that can help me with jobs and financial issues.
