I have a serious question, if you get sperm in your eyes can it cause damage or blind you?

This is a serious question, i think i used a towel that had sperm on it on my face and it may have gotten in my eye. I am worried. Can sperm do anything to affect the eyes in any harmful way. Please give serious answers. Thank you.
