Joining the military with narcolepsy?

I decided that I wanted to be a marine. After being diagnosed with narcolepsy, I realized the very real possibility of being disqualified. I took a daytime wakefulness test with my medication and passed so I could drive etc. This test proves my ability to remain awake just the same as the next guy. This is because my narcolepsy is mild to begin with. If I present this information, could I get a waiver for the marines?
