Why doe qaddafi keep calling obama his son?

George Bush went after the madman Saddam Hussein who murdered his own people, set 700 Kuwaiti oil wells on fire, used mustard gas on his people, threatened the peaceful citizens of Israel, and thumbed his nose at UN Resolutions after Resolution and he ended up hiding in a hole in the ground, and eventually hung from he neck.
