I am going to buy a 200 mw red laser and...?

I am needing a pair of glasses so I will not blind my self which I have been reading some story's from people hitting them selfs in the eye and they are now blind. Do I need a lower mw laser or what filter glasses do I need a link will help ALOT to the glasses I'm a lil scarred thanks.
