Need to lose weight but can't stop eating?

Well its hard to stop, i know what you mean. yur doing this for yurself, so if yu were a little more responsible for yur body you would of forced yourself to stop and start eating healthier . Maybe at least once a week a piece of chocolate or a bar is okay. Diet drinks wont help, you gotta work out, its all on you. Good luckk ! :)
