Would you describe this guy as an alpha male?

Just like my chemistry teacher. But he was not so bad. He is very practical, very sharp and cunning and nobody can ever fool him. He can manage things in the worst of situations. AND HE'S DAMN GOOD AT HIS SUBJECT. Nobody can beat him. He's an alpha male. That doesn't makes your answer but thanks for you got me reminded of such a great teacher.
