Uncontrollable laughter help?

Inappropriate laughter can be the result of a brain lesion or other neurological disorder. It doesn't sound like you laugh for no reason...but the fact that you can't stop once it's initiated, coupled with the inability to stop even with exerting physical pain on yourself is concerning. It wouldn't hurt to get this checked out by a neurologist.
