Medical record question? USAF?

I was in ROTC for a semester for the USAF. I quit once I found out I would get a medical DQ because of a medication I'm on (I voluntarily told them about the medication). My superiors told me about the process to apply for a waiver, but seeing as they're barely putting any waivers through, I dropped out before going through the process. It's 2 years later and I'm thinking of enlisting or trying to get into OTS. If I don't tell them about my medicine, is there any way they can find out by using my medical records or my records from ROTC, thus disqualifying me from service? I hope this isn't too confusing, thanks for your help!
