If u didnt get a waiver for MEPS but you know that the disqualify factor is false can u appeal?

I have proof that what the MD is trying to disqualify me for is false. He said I had an undecended testis but thats false and I have proof because I have passed physical and everytime they've checked for it they have said both my testis are decended an I don't want to be disqualified for something that is false
