Christians, are any of you to this point?

I'm to the point where I just don't know what to say anymore. Atheists are just lost beyond help. They're so ignorant and blind to the truth. I'm to the point where I'm just going to keep living a Christian life but I'm not going to talk to atheists anymore. They obviously want to go to Hell, otherwise they'd be willing to listen. I've tried. I'm not tired of trying, I'm just tired of being bashed for believing in God. They're so quick to spit on us Christians (not literally) and tell us we're wrong, when in fact, they're wrong. Anyone else feel like this? Anyone willing to offer advice?
