What is it called if you believe that God is a prankster who loves to trick people?

Like, you know, creating the world and living things but deliberately littering it with clues that it all formed naturally. Or, revealing himself in different forms to scores of madmen and then watching what crazy religions they invent. Or personally assuring some people that the world is ending soon, watching them run around like headless chickens and then not ending the world.
