Would having a pneumothorax disqualify me from joining the marines?

I talked to a army recruiter and to join the army i have to wait three years before i can join. Is it the same for the marines or can i get it waived after only a year and a half? im in the process of talking to a recruiter and i just wanna know what my chances are. Im in good shape and can pass any fitness test.
