I'm going on a blind date at the weekend - Should I kiss his cheek upon seeing him?

We have chatted online and talked for hours on the phone, feel like I know him quite well and feel close to him already. We are both tactile people but both nervous of our first meeting. Should I move forward to kiss his cheek, or see if he goes to kiss mine or just shake hands?
