What are some basic tips or ideas to get over this women that I loved for a long time? ?

well there is this women that I loved for awhile and she told me that she loved me too. we were so close in our relationship that I was blinded by everything that was around me. we would flirt and I would give in. but she treated me with little and at times, no respect. I am trying to get over her but it's extremely hard! I keep on falling for her but shes not catching me. what should I do?
