I was disqualified at Wal-mart and a grocery store to stock shelves. why?

Why they didn't hire me to do a easy job like that? Any one can do a job like that. A monkey can do a job like that. I am very angry. My oldest brother is a high school drop out and he always get manger jobs and I am lucky if I get a Job, why? I got a high school Diploma and I am a whole like smarter then him.
